We have a very firm belief on cold chain maintenance of temperature sensitive products. From the imports till end user MSC strictly maintaining products cold chain with strict control. We are importing the temperature sensitive products directly from the manufacturer which requires 24 to 36 hours to reach to Pakistan (using most directly available flights from manufacturer to Pakistan). The temperature is maintained by dry ice and monitoring with data logger throughout the delivery at regular intervals from manufacturer to our ware house.

COLD CHAIN MAINTENANCE AT MSC WARE HOUSES
When the temperature controlled product arrived at MSC warehouse, is stored in well maintained “COLD ROOM WAREHOUSE” with all the advanced facilities to maintain and monitor the temperature that are as follows:
Cold Room Temperature: Regular temperature recording by Digital, Standard Fluid Filled & Dial Thermometer to assess the overall temperature performance recommended for cold room ware house.
Alarm System: The alarm system is attached with digital thermometer recording and starts working when temperature is rising above +8 °C or below +2⁰C
Cold Storage Plants: Three plants of 4 horse power each 3 phase 440 volts have been installed to maintain the temperature of cold storage between +2 °C to +8 °C. Two of the plants are working while third is on stand by to backup.
Standby Generator: Due to frequent electricity failure, we have installed two generators. One diesel of 30 KV and other working on Sui Gas (Stand by generator). The generator are auto start i.e, automatically start once electricity has gone
Stabilizer: Due to the frequent fluctuations of electricity we have installed State of Art Voltage Stabilizer of 100 KVA. This is automatically maintaining the voltage fluctuations in external power source.
DISTRIBUTION OF PRODUCT TO OTHER CITIES:
MSC have a properly owned network of Distribution chain in all over the Pakistan, to supply the stock in different cities, ensure to the temperature maintenance done with help of dry ice and stock reach the desired destination with in 12 hrs, monitoring the temperature through out with the help of “data logger”.
We are supplying temperature sensitive products directly at the door step to patients, clinics, & hospitals from our cold storage under strict control of cold chain maintenance. This will help to maintain not only the efficacy of product but also our customers confidence on MSC.
All direct supplies to end user maintained in thermopore boxes with dry ice to consumers end with proper temperature maintenance.
